Chicken Tikka and Mint Raita

One of my personal Favorites and a real quickie!



Boneless Chicken – 1 kg (cubes)
Salt – 1 tsp
Red Chilli Powder – 1 1/2 tbsp
Ginger-Garlic Paste – 1tbsp
Zeera / Cumin Powder – 1/2 tsp
Dhaniya / Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
Black Pepper powder – 1 tsp
Fresh lemon juice or vinegar – 1tbsp
Red Food Color – 2 pinch
Salad Oil – 2 tbsp
Curd – 2 tbsp


1. Clean and wash the chicken. Drain it well .
2. Mix all the ingredients and apply them to the Chicken Pieces.
3.  Marinade for 1 to 2 hours.
4. Grill in oven at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 min.
5. Serve hot, garnished with mint leaves, mint raita, lemon and onion rings.




Mint leaves – 1 bunch
Green Chillies – 3
Curds – 200gm
Salt – 1tsp


1. Pick Leaves of mint . Wash and Grind with salt and green chillies.
2. Add to curds and beat well.

    • Shaheen I am an Indian and I have absolutely no idea whether this will be available in bangladesh 🙂
      Even if it is not available try making it in your own kitchen – its pretty easy isnt it?
