Deep Fried Chicken


Chicken with bones – 1/2kg
Egg – 1
Salt – 1tsp
Green Chilli Sauce – 4 tbsp
Soya Sauce – 2 tbsp
Black pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
Cornflour – 4 tbsp
Oil for Frying – 200ml


1. Wash and drain the chicken.
2. Take an egg and beat it. Add soya sauce, pepper powder, chilli sauce,salt and cornflour. Mix well.
3. Add the chicken pieces.
4. Marinade for about 2 hours.
5. After marinading , deep fry the chicken pieces in oil until dark brown in colour – cook them on low flame.
6. Serve with Chips.

P.S: To make them more crispy and crunchy you can add 4tbsp breadcrumbs
