Tomatoes – 4
Onion – 2
Carrots – 4
Spinach – 1 bunch
Beans – 8 sticks
Green Chillies– 2 small ones
Coriander – 2 bunch
Red Chillies powder – 1tsp
Salt – to taste
Water – 1 glass
Cornflour 4 tbsp dissolved in half cup water.
1. Take pressure cooker add tomatoes,onion,carrots,spinach,beans and green chillies. Let it cook for 10 mins till tender.
2. Let the mixture cool – sieve it (If you don’t like it too spicy remove one green chili and sieve it properly)
3. Take this pulp heat it , add red chillies powder and salt and bring it to 2 or 3 boils then add the cornflour dissolved in water for thickening while continuously stirring it.
4. Serve hot with butter and bread – garnished with coriander.
P. S : I like my soup clear and nice – i don’t like chunks disturbing my slurrppp i hope you guys like it that way too!!
