Hummus

Ingredients

1 can chickpeas/garbanzos or 150gms soaked over night and pressure cooked chickpeas /garbanzos

2 tablespoons tahini (finely ground sesame seeds)

A couple splashes extra virgin olive oil

Juice of 1 lemon

2 cloves garlic

Method

1.      Blitz all ingredients together for 5 minutes

2.      Garnish with parsley, paprika, and drizzled olive oil
