Paneer Tikka

Ingredients

Paneer – ½ kg
Red Chili powder – 1 tsp
Ginger-Garlic paste – 1tsp
Zeera powder – ½ tsp
Dhania powder – 1 tsp
Black Pepper Powder – ½ tsp
Capsicum – 2
Tomatoes – 2
Fresh lime juice – 1tbsp
Salad oil – 2 tbsp
Orange Color – 2 pinch
Curds – 2 tsp

Method

1.       Mix all ingredients and marinade for 1 hr.
2.       Grill in an oven at 350 degrees for 20 min pierced in a skewer as shown in the pic.
3.       Serve hot with Mint Raita and lemon.
