Reshmi Kebab And Chicken Boti

Reshmi Kebab


  • Boneless Chicken – 1/2 kg
  • Ginger and Garlic Paste – 1tsp
  • Cardamom (Elaychi) Powder – 1tsp
  • Kasoori Methi – 1tsp
  • Zeera Powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Fresh Cream – 2tbsp
  • Hung Curds – 1tbsp
  • Cheese – 1 grated cube
  • Black/White Pepper Powder -1tsp.
  • Olive Oil – 1tbsp


  • Mix all the ingredients except olive oil. Marinade for 1 hour.
  • Bake it in the oven at 180 degrees with olive oil for 25 minutes or grill it over your tandoor.
  • Serve with onion rings and lime.

Chicken Boti


  • Boneless Chicken – 500gms
  • Curds – 2tbsp
  • Cream – 120ml
  • Ginger and Garlic Paste – 1tsp
  • Garam Masala – 1/2 tsp
  • Orange Color – 3 pinch (i have used green color though because i couldn’t find the orange one, my mother was sleeping and i dint want to disturb her nevertheless it looks good and tastes the same!)
  • Amchoor powder or lime juice – 1tsp
  • Salt – 1tsp
  • Ghee – 1tsp


  • Mix all the ingredients and fry it in a non stick pan in 1tsp ghee.
  • I cannot emphasis enough how tasty and easy this recipe is! If you are a beginner, start with this one! It will definitely give you the confidence that you need to start understanding that cooking isn’t rocket science.
